We have come to understand that one of the things we do automatically at Jaffa's is not universal - and it is something that people really seem to appreciate. We will take blood samples, collect urine samples from the bladder (cystocentesis) perform ultrasound scans and the like with you present so you know exactly what is happening to your kitty, rather than it being taken 'behind closed doors'. This is not possible for x rays due to H & S rules, and where anaesthetics are required, but you can be in the room next door and kept in touch with ongoing tests and investigations.
